Policies
On Reservations, Payment, and RefundsServices requested within five days of the appointment date will be subject to a rush fee. TTRPGs require preparation and planning, especially in the cases of large groups or custom storyline orders.
Payment for all appointments/services must be made in advance of the appointment itself. Cash, Zelle, or Paypal preferred. Multiple parties may pay for the same service (i.e. each player paying their share), or singular payments can be made. Either is fine, so long as the full amount is paid ahead of the game/service. I reserve the right to discontinue service in the event of missed payments.
All refunds, including for canceled appointments and individual player absences, must be requested at least 48 hours ahead of the appointment date. Last-minute cancellations or absences will not be eligible for refunds.
In the unfortunate event that I must cancel an appointment myself for whatever reason, your party will be entitled to a full refund for that appointment even if the cut-off has passed.
Should you wish to reschedule a session, reach out to me as soon as possible. There will be no fee or penalty for doing so, provided you request a reschedule at least 48 hours ahead of the original appointment.
On Session Expectations and BehaviorEnjoyable TTRPG sessions are built on a foundation of respect. This fact informs my policy for our sessions and the behavior of both my customers and myself.
Discrimination, harassment, the use of slurs or other abusive language, and/or any other behavior which disrespects my players or myself or which impedes on a healthy, enjoyable gameplay environment is unacceptable. I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to individuals on this basis with no refund provided. Each group of players will always have different styles of humor and different tolerance levels for certain subjects—but it is obvious when harmless humor and in-game jokes cross a line into malice or the mistreatment of the actual customers at my table.
Beyond this minimum baseline, each group is free to establish their own ground rules for each other. I will not penalize my customers for being late to their own sessions, for example, but you can decide amongst yourselves what expectations you have for such instances. The same is true for other extra-table decisions, like allowing new players into the game. Such rulings are entirely my customers’ to make.
On PrivacyAny information I require to provide my services to you in a convenient, professional manner will be used solely for that purpose. I will never share your information with anyone without your explicit consent.
If you volunteer to be in promotional photos/videos I occasionally take at sessions/tutorials, these may be used on my website or social media accounts—but such instances will only occur with your consent.
You may not video or otherwise record the content of our sessions in any way without the consent of everyone at the table. Even if consent is provided, you may not post those recordings to the internet or use them for any commercial purposes.
